"No
Show" rules
Cancellations without warning will be listed in your bill as 'NO SHOW', with the number of times this has occurred and the dates of the previous times it happened. If you do this more than four times in any twelve-month period, your course will be suspended for one month. Two suspensions in a year will result in your course being automatically terminated.
Just let Viv know before your class is due to start if you have to cancel a class the same day due to an emergency at home or at work. If it's impossible to do this, call him as soon as possible on the same day as your class was supposed to be. Cancellations on the same day will be charged in full, but at least Viv won't have to worry about what has happened to his students.
